Roaches!!

Pros:
Doorman is kind, rooms are huge, common space is nice
Cons:
There is unfortunately a roach problem in the building and
Advice to owner:
Get the place fumigated

It’s an okay place

In a really nice neighborhood if you’re a college student
Cons:
Heating is horrible. Pest control is horrible

You should lower the rents.
