    Rented an uninhabitable unit

    Pros:
    Near a trader joes and a fairway
    Cons:
    Rented the unit without the gas turned on. Not only was the gas not connected but the unit was still waiting government approvals so the gas was never turned on. Owner attempted to do the bare minimum to rectify the situation.
