Pros:
Updated and renovated. Feels cleans and not rundown like most other walk ups in NYC. Rooftop is nice but nothing special. High ceilings and big windows inside apartment. Virtual doorman works well.
Cons:
Management is very slow to respond sometimes taking weeks even when in emergency. Trash management outside is a disaster. Packages are left all over the place.
Advice to owner:
Become more responsive and fix trash issues
