Reviews

Former tenant·10 months ago

Convenient location, bad neighbors

Pros

Convenient location in the city. Multiple grocery stores nearby. High ceilings

Cons

Terrible neighbors, always interfering with others belongings. Management company is never available

Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Solid apartment building

Pros

Building was kept well and elevator was always kept in good shape. Hallways were clean and garbage was taken care of. Building super usually attentive to complaints or issues

Cons

Front door where packages were left many times packages were taken or did not get delivered. Could hear everything happening in apartment directly above, very loud neighbors especially late at night
