Terrible - don’t live here

Cons:
Constant pests (roaches) even on higher floors and I keep my apartment exceptionally clean. Constant plumbing issues, clogged toilets, and maintenance issues (oven not working, microwave and a/c not working, etc) that building management refuse to fix. If you buy, you will end up with sudden and hidden maintenance charges for simple maintenances issues. You hear every little noise happening outside the apartment and because it’s near the highway, there’s constant noise including through the night. The water is hard water and disgusting (cloudy). Neighbors are rude and mostly elderly people. Management doesn’t respond to emails and charges you for every little thing. Apartments experience wear and tear very easily (I moved into a renovated unit and after only 2 years, the paint is chipping and different parts of the unit are falling apart)
