Tunnel Living Suffices

Pros:
Has an elevator;
Gas stove
Cons:
Super charged me a "deposit" for an extra set of keys and then didn't want to give it back when I moved out (tacky);
Homeless man once slept and smoked cigarettes in the main entryway;
Midtown tunnel is loud;
Bathroom ceiling collapsed from water damage (did not have a shower for 5 days and was not compensated);
Building made me leave the apartment multiple times in my last month to show it (during COVID), which was inconvenient
Advice to owner:
Building is not in good enough shape to forgo good polite treatment of tennants
