Good value for the area

Pros:
Very clean, no bugs, very responsive super, updated finishes in the kitchen, pet friendly to cats unofficially
Cons:
Only thing I didn't like is that even though the surrounding area is really nice with stuyvesant park, there would sometimes be harmless, unhoused people who would loiter on the stoop at night. Never felt unsafe, but as a woman not ideal.

Worst Building I've lived In

Pros:
Away from main street, so not too noisy, close to East Village/Union Square
Cons:
Utilities not maintained, water pressure spotty;
Area and building itselfis super unkempt and dirty, lots of homeless people hanging around
Extremely unresponsive manager and super - have NEVER been able to reach "live-in" super

oh, yeah, 6 floor walkup; no amenities at all
Advice to owner:
FIRE FACUNDO - He is absolutely useless as a super
