I liked that my apartment was renovated, the location, and that the rent was not raised for the 4 years I lived there.
I didn't like that the building was a walkup, the super never picked up his phone and almost never called back, the building didn't have laundry, and my unit didn't have a dishwasher or AC.
Be more responsive to tenants.
