    Quiet neighborhood
    Central to all downtown neighborhoods walking distance to many trains and busses
    The best area

    Small rooms and living room

    Decent apartment for younger crowd

    Large living room space, natural light in some rooms, good water pressure
    Cons:
    Very outdated pipe system, toilet and shower constantly getting clogged. Heat is so hot in the winter it’s unbearable sometimes.
