320 E 22nd street review
Former Tenant
Pros:
The live-in super (Sokol) and porter (Dino) are wonderful and incredibly helpful. Neighborhood is safe. Apartment is clean and with large windows.
Cons:
There's been construction on the building and across the street for the better part of 2 years, which is quite noisy in the apartment, even with windows closed.
