    Central Location: Situated in Midtown Manhattan, close to major landmarks, offices, and public transportation.
    Access to Amenities: Proximity to restaurants, shops, parks, and cultural attractions like the United Nations Headquarters.
    Cons:
    Noise and Crowds: The area can be busy and noisy, with heavy traffic and frequent foot traffic.
    Limited Space: Apartments in this area might be smaller and more expensive due to the location.

    Pros:
    In Hell’s Kitchen, so you’re around so many restaurants and major subways stops. But far enough west to where you’re not flooded with tourists all the time.
    Cons:
    Really none I can think of. I loved living here for 2 years.
