Garbage management is good. Neighbors are nice, expect for one fellow for likes to crank his bass guitar on weekday afternoons.

In all honesty, landlord is only somewhat responsible. All tasks are passed down to the contractor who’s been playing it fast and loose for the past two decades, from what I can tell.
You’re also right on 9th ave, meaning cargo trucks through out the nighttime. Loud as all hell, do NOT live here if you like to get a good night’s rest. Construction work in the apartment is not up to par, things start falling apart one month in, and you notice existing problems that take over a month to fix due to unresponsive and lackluster correspondents.
Not sure what I was expecting, living in New York City…
