Dangerous area & horrible mgmt company

Many of the neighbors are sweet
Cons:
Being neighbor’s with asylum seekers, there are also many homeless and addicts that linger in front of the building. There have also been break ins
Advice to owner:
Stop raising rents on a place that should be paying people to live there. It’s very unsafe.
