Love the natural light + building overall. Amazing location, clean apartments, secure front door. After several years of living here the lack of pests and the general ease of living here has been fantastic.
Cons:
Huge pile of trash outside 349 (I would not move to 349 - they're connected but I find 351 to be far nicer/cleaner), Super can be delayed but he does get the job done.
Consistent rent hikes and destabilized apartments but the price is fair/market rate now.
Advice to owner:
Better trash management outside 349 (but it seems like a few tenants are really causing the issues and the building/Super is doing their best to manage it))
