    horrendous management - avoid at all costs

    There are no pros to staying here - avoid at all costs
    Cons:
    Management does not respond at all to any requests including urgent and others

    Pros:
    I want to like my apartment more but management is making it really hard.
    Cons:
    They never respond to emails and neither does the super. It takes forever to get a response or something fixed. I’ve been here for mnn on t ha and I still can’t use their app to unlock the front door
