    Pros:
    Centrally located, pet friendly, nice neighbors
    Cons:
    Sometimes the entrance smelled, they shut off water without warning (probably d/t emergency,) we have a washer and dryer but it’s been broken the entire duration of our lease, slow response for maintenance requests
