    A Clean and Quiet Building With Some Renovations Needed

    Pros:
    - The building was relatively clean
    - Neighbors were quiet
    - Super was pretty responsive
    - Good sunlight in my studio apartment
    Cons:
    - The bathtub was peeling badly
    - The kitchen was super outdated

    Heating is strong
    Cons:
    The superintendent is very rude and verbally abusive. Always making mean comments. No way to treat your tenants like this.
