good management, very responsive super, very clean, no bugs/rodents!!
Cons:
water pressure could be a little better

Pros:
Extremely helpful management company, incredible super and staff, great location!
Cons:
Not the building's fault but the neighbors are fine but can be loud and smelly, a lot of these units are affordable housing and it looks like several individuals live in one tiny apartment
Advice to owner:
Continue being a great management company, we really appreciate you!
