Felt safe enough, neighbors not problematic, land lord wasnt fussy

Cons

Rat! In unit! On the 5th floor. Holes in walls everywhere just a classic nyc apartment building

Not managed well

Pros

The location is great and it's nice that there aren't that many units in the building. I've only experienced one package go missing which seems rare for the city.

Cons

No video intercom. Dirty in the hallways and entryway. Super can take a long time to fix issues.
