    An exhausting mixed-bag

    Pros:
    Water pressure is great
    Mobile app to unlock front door
    Electronic locks in every apt door
    Some units were completely renovated
    Internet access is super fast
    Cons:
    Rude and unprofessional superb
    Building management slow to respond
    Problems with hot water
    Heating is unreliable
    Technical problems when accessing the building
    Expensive for what you get
    Advice to owner:
    There are many issues with management and heating and hot water that are negatively impacting the value tenants receive for their rent..

    Pros:
    Great location
    Good amenities (laundry in unit!)
    Cons:
    On top of a restaurant so it can be noisy
    Apartment is really tiny
    While we never experienced pests in our apartment, it’s obvious that they are in the walls
