    New management hiked up rent

    My apartment was huge
    Lovely doorman
    Cons:
    Bad neighborhood. Dangerous
    Super lives in the building but not always fast in dealing with issues
    New management (son of previous management) hiked up rent significantly for anyone who renews in summer months

    Sometimes the super is not responsive, but the management team helps to get his attention
