    Pros:
    Across from small park. Quieter street. Great location. Decent sunlight (facing street).
    Cons:
    You can hear your neighbor completely above you. It will feel like people in the stairwell are in your apartment. Packages may be an issue.

    Filthy, unlawful rent hikes.
    Advice to owner:
    Stop trying to make the tenants do the Super’s job and start doing yours.
