    We Got Lucky

    Pros:
    Our super in this building is great and always willing to help us out. The apartment is also fully renovated clean, and feels well maintained. My roommates and I received a rent increase that we found to be reasonable, especially considering the crazy market.


    The hallway and stairs are cleaned every once in a while, and the place felt clean when we moved in.
    Cons:
    The area isn’t the best as it’s across the street from the Skyline Hotel which has been a homeless shelter on and off since covid.

    Finishes are nice (W/D, dishwasher, bathroom showers)
    Cons:
    The building was poorly finished and is incredibly drafty. The heating and cooling only works somewhat
    Advice to owner:
    Clean shared spaces more frequently
