    General Overview of Apt
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great location to food and nightlife
    Spacious rooms
    Great neighbors
    Safe
    Cons:
    It’s not the buildings fault that the neighborhood is loud, but there is poor sound insulation.

    The landlords are quick to respond if it’s an emergency, but if it’s anything less than you have to be insistent to get their attention
    Advice to owner:
    I shouldn’t have to email you so many times for you to respond 😡
