    Mice in building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Roof deck is nice
    Cons:
    Building has a mouse issue. We saw mice constantly - and these mice were smart!! they didn't fall for any of our traps.
    Advice to owner:
    get rid of rodent issue
