    Good location, exposed brick
    Cons:
    Some issues with appliances, pests.
    Advice to owner:
    Washing machines and dryers are often broken and too expensive.

    Lots of character, location is great
    Cons:
    Heat was either toasting you or freezing you
    Super isn't very responsive
    Had 3 bugs in a year and 1 mouse
    Took forever to get security deposit back
    Charged for tiny holes
