    Okay but Amateur Management

    Pros:
    Good location, responsive super
    Cons:
    Entrance way extremely dated and dingy; trash periodically piles up excessively before being taken out; owner seems to like to do any type of repair work “in house” which makes the quality of such repairs generally the bare minimum
    Advice to owner:
    Keep more consistently on top of trash; use professionals for repairs and building work
