    Great location but very noisy if you’re street facing
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Location is amazing
    Near several subway lines
    Super is very responsive
    Updated kitchen appliances
    No pests
    Good heat in the winter
    Washer/dryer in the building
    Cons:
    Lacks natural light if you’re not street facing
    Noise (across the street from Mt Sinai delivery entrance)
    Advice to owner:
    Have street facing windows be noise cancelling
