Cozy and convenient but need to be modernized.

Pros:
Away from noise
Nice “green” back area with trees, etc.
great responsiveness from the super and management
Spacious for a townhouse apartment
Cons:
Far from subway
Hallways are dirty
Flooring looks like it’s gotten wet over the years and is rotting in some areas
Not enough ventilation
