    Lots of charm, great location, exposed brick, sunlight
    Cons:
    Bad water pressure and always drainage issues, crooked stairs, old

    Proximity to Central Park. Size of apt is ample. Slightly updated in certain parts of apt.
    Cons:
    Management does not pro actively communicate. Management disregards serious issues until reminded of them over and over. Management does communicate in writing.
