    Owner is impossible but decent building

    Pros:
    Nice finishes on the appliances, updated and high functioning appliances
    Good amount of space
    Cons:
    Owner was entirely non-responsive for days or weeks about critical issues (e.g. broken A/C). Broken appliances were a neverending process of incompetent contractors and ineffective repairs. And requests for repairs were met with rude, angry, and defensive responses. Kept security deposit for no reason until we threatened to sue.
    Walls are thin (and brick is not original) so noise is easily heard from neighboring building.
