    Amazing location, but owner

    Pros:
    Really nice old style building, with high ceilings, amazing location!
    Cons:
    The owner doesn't care about the property, the carpet is very dirty, there are parts in the apartment that are broken, floor, cabinets etc but the owner doesnt want to put money to fix them.
    Advice to owner:
    They should take care of their property better, this building is a gem and it is sad to see it go down like thiis.
