Rodent problems and dismissive management

Pros:
Weekly cleaning of common areas, nice area and neighboring businesses
Cons:
- horrific rodent problems my whole two years, sometimes took over a month for a response from management to book an exterminator. When trying to talk to management about it, they have been repeatedly dismissive and rude, plus egregious rent increases in spite of no true renovations or improvements to the pest issues or apartment overall.
- Trash in entry area not removed daily, so it smells up the building all the time, have seen rats multiple times crawling in and out of the communal trash cans.

Advice to owner:
Stop raising the rent when you can’t even pay for a half decent exterminator

This is in the best area and the management company is extremely responsive.
