    Pros:
    Located one block from Central Park. Convenient subway options.
    Cons:
    - Brusco group is unprofessional.
    - terrible communicators.
    - horrible property managers.
    - require mailing rent check with stub.
    - zero follow up or accountability!!
    - disrespectful AF!!
    Advice to owner:
    Do something else. Treat tenants with respect.
