    Great landlord, great location, nice and homey

    Pros:
    Only steps from Central Park, in one of the best neighborhoods in New York, you can't go wrong!
    Cons:
    Have had some varmint issues, but the landlord steps up to address.
    Advice to owner:
    Great job taking care of business.
