Pros:
- amazing staff. Everyone knows your name and they are the sweetest humans ever! - very quiet neighbors! - barely any bugs. We lived here for 2 years and saw a total of two bugs. Really amazing.
Cons:
- frequent water fixes. HOWEVER, they are very quick about it! - small apartment. A lot smaller than any pictures show. Good for one person or two people that really love each other lol
Advice to owner:
Keep the amazing staff tipped and happy!! They truly are so kind and amazing!

Cons:
restaurant across the street is noisier than you’d expect and scaffolding project has been going on forever so if you are sensitive to noise recommend a higher floor

Try and minimize noise through window replacement
