Great building, great location - too bad about the renters

Pros:
Great building, good light
Cons:
The sponsor is selling ALL 213 Rental units - no longer renewing the leases.

There are perpetual plumbing issues which require them to switch on and off the water and on and off the air conditioning. They are good about doing this during the working day though.
