    Great building, management, and neighbors

    Pros:
    Lived here for 3 years and loved it.
    Cons:
    Walk up! And some cockroach + bee problems on the roof

    Pros:
    Very nice quiet neighbors. Quick response from management on anything. Clean, Safe building.
    Location is great.
    Cons:
    Laundry accepts only coins. The dryer requires 70 min run and sometimes that is not enough to dry the entire batch.
    Trash cans getting full quickly and trash bags are all over the trash
    Advice to owner:
    Digital Laundry payments. Better dryer. Better garbage system.
