Clean and Nice Neighbors But Slow to Respond

Pros:
- Generally a clean building
- No pests whatsoever
Cons:
- Poor water pressure
- Very slow to respond to issues
- Very noisy and thin walls
- Noise from restaurant below
Advice to owner:
Respond more quickly to urgent requests!

Wonderful apartment, can’t say much else :)
Cons:
Horrendous cockroach and rodent problem
Rude and unresponsive management
We live above a restaurant that we were told was quiet - there are nonstop late night events
Laundry machine never works
Advice to owner:
Please take care of your tenants!
