Quiet apartment, nice building staff
Cons:
Most washers and dryers in laundry room don’t work, cockroaches in unit (but responsive management to help), yellow mold

Pros:
The location is idyllic and the doormen are wonderful.
Cons:
The main cons are the super who is difficult/checked out and the management who are challenging to reach.

I found things looked fancy in the apartment, but were cheap, shoddily made. The sink was tilted so water pooled around it. There was mold growing on the ceiling in our bathroom. There were some windows that didn’t close properly.
Advice to owner:
Prioritize quality and hire new super
