Great corner location, with some hitches.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well maintained and responsive property manager when there's an issue in the unit. Super and grounds keeper are great!
Cons:
The windows are very, very old and not insulated. Therefore, the noise from the street is VERY LOUD, especially because the building is situated on an avenue. I have to use a white noise machine to get any sleep. Heat also escapes from the window easily as well. In addition, the building has been jacking up the rent to "market rate," similar to other landlords who are taking advantage of tenants during this time.
Advice to owner:
Consider changing out the windows. The door handle is also broken, please replace.

Standard walk-up in a great location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location on the intersection of 73rd and Columbus. A block away from multiple train lines and Central Park. Lot of good restaurants just outside the door.
Cons:
Windows are thin, so easy to hear everything on Columbus Ave. No ability to control radiator heat, so I used the window to regulate temperature in the winter. Not a fan of exterminator spraying insecticide in my apartment to prevent bugs.
