One year in, will renew lease

Pros:
Location is wonderful. Natural light is top notch. High ceilings make the space feel much bigger. We have contacted management twice about an issue, and both times they were very quick to respond and help out, so we've been really happy with that! Also we have really great neighbors. Like many places in the city, it has its issues/quirks, but we really do love it here. We are sad our rent was raised 15%, but we still will be renewing our lease this year!
Cons:
The common spaces could be cleaner. The bottom floor gets swept out fairly often, where you enter and packages are placed and such. But the higher floors don't really get cleaned.

Greta location and meh management

Pros:
Location cannot be beat whatsoever. Opens up to a farmers market and the natural history museum and is walkable to almost everything you could need in the neighborhood. Great natural light. Rent increases never seemed unreasonable.
Cons:
Management is slow to respond to everything - repair requests, Inquiries about payments, mail theft. It was beyond frustrating. Apartments also aren’t updated with the latest amenities so appliances etc can look old.
Advice to owner:
Respond to your tenants including in writing. I know why they do this but having to endlessly play ping pong telephone is annoying and counterproductive. Find a way for tenants to pay online.
