    Great superintendent and doormen

    Pros:
    Close to trains, prospect park, museum of natural history. Great neighborhood and great service in the building. Also good heat.
    Cons:
    Building is by a busy noisy street and no parking
    Advice to owner:
    Keep up the good work

    Great location! Spacious apartments.
    Cons:
    Lots of old tenants that have been here for decades. Cranky and complaining. Landlord has a checkered past with bending rules/laws.
    Advice to owner:
    Don't be so cheap and follow the laws.
