A lot of money to pay for rats and cockroaches

Pros:
Very good location, near 1-2-3 train and Trader Joe’s
Cons:
For the amount of space you get the rent is way over market . For paying that kind of rent you would expect that the building be free of rats and cockroaches but sadly it is not. You have to pay extra to use amenities like the gym, storage room, and the children’s playroom. The air quality in the apartment is very poor and ventilation is nonexistent.
Advice to owner:
Reduce your rent to market rent or improve your living conditions to make it worth it to live here.
