    Pros:
    In renovated apartments, finishes are very nice. Bathrooms especially, including great shower pressure/ hot water
    Cons:
    Not very well/solidly constructed - ceilings/floors and walls are paper thin, lots of noise conduction between apartments. Basement services break down and can take a long time to get fixed.
