Lots of hassles

Pros:
Close walk to subway and overall quiet street.
Cons:
Terrible heating, old building that’s falling apart at its bones, front door does not lock, unresponsive property management team/owner.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and take care of your property. It’s falling apart.
