    Pros:
    Location, in unit laundry
    Cons:
    Occasionally have water bugs in my apartment and in the hall ways.
    Street facing front door lock has been broken since 2021. Ceiling is rotted and falling down in the hallway. No fire escape on my floor.
    Advice to owner:
    Update the building it looks old and run down
