    Pros:
    The management company answers the phone. Common space is kept clean. Garbage is collected well.
    Cons:
    Responding to our complaints with actual work done took years. Two lights still do not turn on. Ceiling leaks during heavy downpour.
    Advice to owner:
    Make repairs with speed.
