3 years with a responsive super
Pros
Great light, quiet building, safe block. Well maintained stairway and entrance as the owner lives on the first floor. Super responsive to sending maintenance to fix things.
Cons
It’s prewar building and the tenant before me either was never home to realize the many problems, or he just didn’t care. The owner was responsive and willing to invest the money to make improvements, though I wish I knew before I moved in that my apartment would be a construction zone.
Advice to the owners
Continue to be communicative and responsive.
