Pros:
The location in the upper west side is really nice. Lots of great restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Proximity to Central Park is great too.
Cons:
The super NEVER responds to me. The building rarely complies with the heat rules in the city. There was one weekend in December where we didn’t have heat or hot water for 3-4 days and we heard nothing from the management company nor the super. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything that is happening in the hall or in other apartments on your floor. We have no carbon monoxide detector nor does the smoke detector work. We have zero sunlight. When I’ve reached out to the management company via email they rarely respond at all.
Advice to owner:
Do better please
